TO MAKE

• 1/2 Cup of Blume Wild Blueberry

• 3/4 C of Frozen Blueberries

• 1/4 Cup of plain yogurt

• 1/2 tsp of Bee Pollen (the velvety soft kind)

Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend to your desired texture and enjoy!
